1. Scope & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of Wanbospeh's legal services, including Legal Velocity, Compliance Navigator, Dispute Architect, and Corporate Shield. By engaging our services, you accept these terms in full.

2. Service Description

Wanbospeh provides legal advisory services tailored to businesses in Essen and beyond. Services are provided by qualified legal professionals and are subject to German law and professional legal standards.

4. Fees & Payment

Fees are determined per engagement and invoiced as specified in your service agreement. Payment terms are net 14 days unless otherwise agreed. Late payments incur interest at 5% per annum.

5. Confidentiality & Privilege

All client communications are protected by attorney-client privilege under German law. Wanbospeh maintains strict confidentiality except where legally required to disclose.

6. Limitation of Liability

Wanbospeh's liability is limited to the fees paid for the service in question. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. This does not exclude liability for death, personal injury, or fraud.

7. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved under German law and the jurisdiction of Essen courts.

8. Data Protection

Your personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR and our Privacy Policy. We retain client data only as required by law and professional standards.

9. Term & Termination

Services commence upon written agreement. Either party may terminate with 30 days' written notice. Termination does not eliminate obligations regarding confidentiality or outstanding fees.

10. Changes to Terms

Wanbospeh reserves the right to update these terms. Material changes are communicated in writing with 14 days' notice.
